Terms of service

Jarosuites is a product of Muqbala Technology Limited (RC 9537830), Imo State, Nigeria ("we", "us"). These terms are between you and us. If you use Jarosuites for a business, you're agreeing on behalf of that business.

• Give us your real name and an email you can get to. Keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and tell us.
• You must be at least 18, or old enough to make a contract where you live.

• Every new account gets 3 free documents. Each new file, each document sent for signing and each use of a PDF tool uses one.
• Paid plans (Monthly or Yearly) include everything. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and can change; we'll tell you before a change affects you.
• Plans renew until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep what you paid for until the end of that period.
• AI credits you buy don't expire and aren't refunded once used.

Everything you upload or make (documents, signatures, stamps, forms, certificates) belongs to you. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it to make the features work. We don't sell your files or use them to train AI models.

• Forge documents, signatures or stamps, or make documents that pretend to come from a government, court, school or company you don't represent.
• Use someone else's signature, stamp or identity without their permission.
• Send spam, scams or anything illegal, or try to break into accounts or our systems.
• Upload things you don't have the right to share.

If you do, we can remove the content and close the account. Where the law requires it, we'll report it.

Signatures made on Jarosuites are electronic signatures. Nigeria's Evidence Act 2011 (section 93), the ESIGN Act in the US and eIDAS in the EU recognise them. Some documents (for example certain land, will or court documents) may still need a wet signature or a notary where you are. It's your job to check what your document needs.

For each signed document we keep a record of who signed, when, and from where, which you can download.

When you issue a certificate, anyone with its code can see who it was issued to, by which account, and when. Only issue certificates you have the right to issue. You can cancel one at any time, and the check will say so.

AI suggestions can be wrong. Read what it writes before you send or sign anything. Summaries are a quick guide, not legal advice. To make AI features work, the text you ask about is sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) and isn't kept by them for training.

We work hard to keep the service up and your files safe, with copies kept and older versions saved. But we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. Keep your own copy of documents that matter.

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profit or lost business). Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits anything the law says can't be limited.

You can close your account any time by asking us through the message form on our Support page, from the email on the account. We can close accounts that break these terms. After an account closes, we delete its files within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Imo State handle any dispute.
